Which package should I choose?

One free day in Labuan Bajo: the speedboat day trip — you will see 80% of the highlights, and we confirm the current rate on request. First time in Komodo on a normal budget: 3D2N on Malca from USD 300, the best value-per-dollar trip we sell. Couple wanting comfort without charter prices: Ayvara Superior to Master, USD 450–570 per person. Group of 6–10: private Riley charter. Luxury or honeymoon: Naturalia shared, or Catnazse fully private. No flights, sail from Bali: Lady Grace 4D3N from Benoa.

Are the park fees included in these package prices?

No. The Komodo National Park entrance and activity fee — currently IDR 650,000 (about USD 45–50) per person — is a government charge paid directly at the park. No operator includes it. We list it separately so there are no surprises on the boat.

How far ahead should I book a package?

The main sailing season runs April–November. July–August and holiday weeks sell out first — shared cabins on Malca and Ayvara routinely fill 3–6 weeks ahead. Private charters for peak dates often go months in advance.

Can a private charter be cheaper than a shared cabin?

Per person, often yes. Riley at USD 4,350 split between six people is roughly USD 725 each for a fully private experience, and about USD 485 each across nine guests — cheaper per person than an Ayvara Master cabin on a shared boat.

Can I pay in rupiah?

Yes. We quote USD first because most of our guests book from abroad, and IDR payment is accepted at the prevailing rate. Your invoice shows both.
