The fastest way to see the dragons. Depart Labuan Bajo around 06:00 by shared speedboat, visit Padar Island viewpoint, Komodo or Rinca for the dragon trek, Pink Beach, and Manta Point, and return by late afternoon. Lunch, drinking water, snorkeling gear, and an English-speaking guide are included. You fly Bali–Labuan Bajo the day before (about 1 hour 15 minutes) and this package handles everything from the harbour.

2. Komodo 2D1N Trip — from around USD 170 per person
One night on the water changes the whole experience: sunset anchored off Kalong Island watching thousands of flying foxes, and a sunrise hike up Padar before the day-trip crowds arrive. You sleep in a cabin on a traditional phinisi-style boat, with all meals cooked on board. Shared-cabin space on 2D1N departures is limited and boat allocation varies week to week, so message us on WhatsApp for the exact boat and current rate for your dates.

- Duration: 2 days 1 night, typically departing 08:00–10:00 on day one
- Best for: couples and small groups who want sunrise Padar without committing to three days
3. Komodo 3D2N Shared Liveaboard — from USD 215 per person
Our best-selling package and the sweet spot for value. Three days covers the full park loop — Kelor, Rinca or Komodo, Padar sunrise, Pink Beach, Manta Point, Taka Makassar, Kanawa — at a relaxed pace with two nights sleeping on the boat. You join other travelers on a scheduled departure, which is what keeps the per-person price low. Choose your comfort level:
- Malca — from USD 215 (IDR 3.55 million) per person. Clean, honest budget phinisi. Shared AC cabins, all meals, snorkeling gear, guide.
- Ayvara Superior cabin — USD 365–410 (IDR 6–6.75 million) per person. Mid-range boat with proper private cabins, en-suite bathrooms, and a sociable sun deck.
- Ayvara Master cabin — from USD 515 (IDR 8.5 million) per person. The biggest cabin on board, with panoramic windows.

4. Private Komodo Charter — USD 3,950–9,000 per boat
Your own boat, your own schedule. Private charter is the right call for families, groups of 6+, honeymooners, and anyone who wants to skip the fixed shared-trip rhythm — leave earlier, stay longer at Manta Point, add dive stops, eat when you like.
- Riley — USD 3,950–4,150 per boat, 3D2N. A comfortable private phinisi for up to 8–10 guests. Split between six people that is roughly USD 660–690 each for a fully private experience — often cheaper per person than two premium shared cabins.
- Catnazse — USD 6,250–9,000 per boat, 3D2N. A luxury sailing catamaran: stable, fast, and genuinely high-end, with a private chef and crew. The price band depends on season and itinerary length.

5. Bali to Komodo 4D3N Cruise — from IDR 22.5 million (about USD 1,365) per cabin
The only package on this list that starts in Bali by sea. Board Lady Grace at Benoa Harbour and cruise east across the Lesser Sunda Islands for four days, ending in the heart of Komodo National Park — no domestic flight needed. Priced per cabin (two guests), not per person, so a couple pays around USD 1,365 total for three nights, all meals, and the full sailing itinerary. What Every Package Includes — and What It Doesn’t
Included in all boat packages: the boat and crew, an English-speaking guide, snorkeling gear, drinking water, and (on overnight trips) all meals and cabin accommodation. Harbour transfers in Labuan Bajo are included on request.
Never included, on any operator’s package: the Komodo National Park entrance and activity fee — currently IDR 650,000 (about USD 40) per person — which is a government charge paid directly at the park, plus your Bali–Labuan Bajo flights (for Labuan Bajo departures), alcohol, tips, and travel insurance. If a price online looks too good, it usually means the park fee or meals were quietly left out. We list them separately so there are no surprises on the boat.
How Booking and Payment Work
- Deposit: 50% secures your date and cabin or boat.
- Balance: due 14 days before departure (H-14).
- Currency: we quote USD first; IDR payment is accepted at the prevailing rate.
- Season: the main sailing season runs April–November. July–August and holiday weeks sell out first — shared cabins on Malca and Ayvara routinely fill 3–6 weeks ahead.
