Our website records standard, anonymised analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve our guides.
How We Use It
- To answer your enquiry and prepare your quote and itinerary.
- To arrange your booking: boat allocation, park permits, and pre-departure information.
- To send booking-related updates. We do not send marketing blasts, and we never sell or rent your data.
Payments
Deposits and balance payments are processed through the payment channels we confirm with you directly in writing. We never ask for card details over chat, and we only use the official WhatsApp number listed on this site.
Data Sharing
Your details are shared only with the parties needed to run your trip: the vessel operator within our Komodo Luxury family, and the Komodo National Park authority where permits require guest names.
Your Rights
You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — just message us on WhatsApp.
