Book Your Komodo Boat Tour — Check Dates & Availability

Booking a Komodo boat tour with Bali Komodo Boat Tour takes three steps: choose your trip, confirm your date via WhatsApp or the form below, and secure it with a 50% deposit — the balance is due 14 days before departure. Share trips start from USD 215 and day trips from USD 90.

How Booking Works — 3 Simple Steps

Step 1 — Choose your trip

Not sure yet? Start with our most popular option, the 3D2N liveaboard, compare share trip cabins against a private charter, or pick a fast 1-day speedboat tour if you are short on time. Coming from Bali? See the full Bali to Komodo guide — most guests take the ~1-hour flight from Denpasar (DPS) to Labuan Bajo (LBJ), typically USD 60–120.

Step 2 — Confirm your date and boat

Send us your preferred dates, group size and cabin type via WhatsApp or the form below. We check live availability across our fleet — see our boats — and hold your spot while you decide. April to November is the best season and the busiest, so booking 4–8 weeks ahead is recommended for peak dates.

Step 3 — Secure with a 50% deposit

Pay a 50% deposit to lock in your booking (bank transfer or card link). The remaining 50% is due 14 days before departure (H-14). You will receive a written confirmation with your itinerary, meeting point in Labuan Bajo, and a packing list. The Komodo National Park fee of IDR 650,000 (~USD 40) per person is paid separately on arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book a Komodo boat tour?

For the best season (April–November), book 4–8 weeks ahead — popular share trip cabins like Malca (USD 215) and private boats like Riley sell out first. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible; message us on WhatsApp for live availability, especially for day trips from USD 90.

How does the 50% deposit work?

A 50% deposit confirms your booking and locks your cabin or private boat. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before departure (H-14). You receive a written confirmation and invoice immediately after the deposit. Payment is by bank transfer or secure card link — we never ask for card details over chat.

Is the Komodo National Park fee included in the price?

No. The park entrance fee of IDR 650,000 (~USD 40) per person is set by the national park and paid separately. Everything else on board — cabin, meals, snorkeling gear, ranger-guided treks and crew — is included in the tour prices listed above.

Can I book a Komodo tour starting from Bali?

Yes. Most guests fly Denpasar (DPS) to Labuan Bajo (LBJ) in about 1 hour, typically USD 60–120, then board in the harbor. Alternatively, the 4D3N Lady Grace route sails Lombok to Komodo at IDR 22.5M (~USD 1,365) per cabin for 2, with a Saleh Bay whale shark option.

What if I’m not sure which boat or trip to choose?

Tell us your dates, budget and group size on WhatsApp and we will recommend the best fit — from the USD 215 Malca share cabin to the Catnazse private charter. With 10+ years of operations and a 4.8★ rating from 152 Google reviews, we match hundreds of travelers to the right boat every season.
